Q: Can I reserve earlier than 9am?

A. At this store we also offer early morning service with advance reservations made at least three days prior to your desired date.

※If you wish to wear a hakama or furisode for a non-sightseeing purpose such as a graduation ceremony or coming-of-age ceremony, please visit our store once before your desired date to try them on.

Q: How long does it take to get dressed?

A.[Estimated time required on the day] Men's kimono dressing: approximately 10 minutes Women's kimono dressing: approximately 15 minutes Hair styling: approximately 10-15 minutes
　♦Including choosing a kimono set and organizing your belongings, your time spent in the store will be approximately 40 minutes to just under an hour.
　♦Undergarments to wear under the kimono are also available for free rental.
　♦When returning the items, you will be asked to change back into the clothes you were entrusted with. Estimated time: approximately 5 minutes.

Q: What are your payment methods?

A. We accept cash, various credit cards, and QR code payments.

Q: Is it possible to rent a kimono without having it fitted?

A.Yes, it's possible. There will be no change to the price.

Q: Will there be a cancellation fee?

A. Individual reservations can be made on the day of use, while group reservations (5 or more people) can be made from two days prior to the date of use.
A 100% cancellation fee will apply.
Please be careful when making your reservation.

Precautions and Requests

HP's special price applies to reservations made by 6 PM the day before your visit. Please note this when making your reservation.
・The last entry time is [17:00].
・This stores return time is until 17:30.
　If you will be returning after 17:30, please be sure to contact the store.
　Also, if you return after 18:00,it is Next day return。Please be aware of this in advance.
　※Please note that public transportation such as buses tends to be crowded in the evenings, regardless of the tourist season.
・A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for same-day cancellations. Please be aware of this when making your reservation.。
　For groups of 5 or more, a 100% cancellation fee will apply from two days prior to the scheduled date of use. Thank you for your understanding.
・In the unlikely event that the kimono is soiled or damaged, please be sure to report it when returning it. *If the kimono is returned without reporting the damage or if the soiling or damage is severe, we may charge you a fee equivalent to the price of the kimono as compensation.
